I edited it after I realized that. Sorry, I have a fascination with characters of noble blood, but realized it had to be a class for everybody, and everybody isn't playing as a noble. Soul rend is OP at higher levels, but the damage penalty can potentially kill a unit if they are at half health. It's more of a last resort move. Occult is your normal move. I based it of BL's version, but modified its affects entirely.

The name seems like an upgrade to Knight, but it's not, so a name change might need to be made. How about Blademaster? I'll give it access to Swords, Shortswords, Daggers, and Katanas. Though Blademaster sounds similar to Blader, which is another class, but it's also completely different.

Here what I plan for the judge class?
Stat wise similar to a paladin but with a focus on attack rather then defense. Has access to black magic.
Abilities
Halt: Has a chance to cause the stop status on a target the less HP the enemy has the higher the chance it works. 10mp
Under Arrest: Has a chance of removing target from the battle the less HP the better chance of succeeding. 10 mp
Judgment Day: The judge unleashes his/ her wrath on an unfortunate group of foes. Uses all the mp to attack. The more mp left use the greater the damage for example 100/100 does max damage, while 1/100 does only min damage.
So is this something that can work golurk

Magic takes up it's own slot, and it uses te level system from te older games. Paladin gets Level 3 White, so this will get Level 3 Black. The skills don't need to require MP, just so you know.

Ok then Under Arrest will be replaced with Black magic lv.3. So instead of a mp cost what can I use instead? Should it be based on a HP penalty or a 'cool off' period?

Also can't wait to try this dragoon class. Unlike others who want to make things difficult for poor Golurk with their requests.
Then again I like to keep things nice and simple.

Abilities don't have to have penalties, but stronger ones will have penalties. They can be either HP, MP, Lowered Accuracy, or other effects like not choosing a target (like with Rapid Fire).

Ok then Halt will have low accuracy for a full target but increases as the target gets weaker.
Judgment day cost full mp like I mentioned earlier but it attack gets weaker the less mp you have to use ( kinda of like magic burst).

Do you want it based on MP percentage or on actual MP? I'm using actual MP for Starwhatever, so you should use percentage. It's up to you, though.

Do you want Halt to deal damage?

Halt can just inflict the stop status with the person unable to do anything no actual damage from. Judgment Day can be based off of percentage.

Also how are we going to determine a few things?
First off like Blue Magic will you have a list here of skills we can learn? Also how do we acquire magic and or skills? Will be based off the FFTA/ FF9 style where you equip certain things until you learn the skill associated with them? Will it be get to a certain lv. and learn that skill? Or will it be like FF7 the materia system?
Finally, can we have pets? I would love to have a pet chocobo.

It's like the old games. You either buy magic or find it. As for Blue Magic, you learn it from being hit by the Blue Magic while playing as a Blue Mage. Dark Arts and Condemn are just learned over time.
Summons can be bought or found.

So will you have a list of what qualifies as Blue magic or will there a be a message when we learn Blue Magic, Condem, or Dark arts. Also what about having a pet Chocobo? Can I have one? Don't worry it will only be a normal yellow one nothing to fancy

You can get Chocobos later on.
I will not be disclosing a list of Dark Arts or Blue Magic.
