300 years have passed since the end of the Second Great Galactic War, the Jedi have won and the Sith Empire has been gone for three centuries.
Yet, in the darkest part of the galaxy, a sith, Darth Drackoth bides his time waiting to strike the republic once more.
The jedi order has its own problems, jedi are falling to the dark side at a rapid pace and old rules broken.
it has resolved into barely controlled arguments between master and padawan.
However, there is still hope yet for the Republic. Coruscant, Hoth, Belsavis, and Alderaan remains in their grasp.
Now the time has come for a galaxy changing choice and question, Will you save the republic, or bring it to its knees?
The fate of the galaxy is within your hands, enter into the galaxy!
Alright, so i dont expect this to be fast or get up on its feet with Austur and Sithis around, but it never hurts to try.
as always, here are the things you need. you can be anyone except Darth Drackoth and the Jedi Grandmaster.
However, Jedi council member, padawan, Jedi knight, Consular( basically a force user that relies on the force more than lightsaber, magic equivalent really)
Smuggler, Republic Soldier and,Bounty Hunter, etc are all fair game.

By Second Great Galactic War, are you referring to the Galactic War that was 3643BBY-3641BBY (SWTOR) about ten years after the Great Galactic War (3681BBY-3653BBY)?

YES! i wasn't aware you read SW lore or even SWTOR, but yes that is exactly what i mean. thing is, the galactic war is film 4-6 era and people easily can get it confused. |

if i'm correct, the year would be 3,343BBY and i don't believe any events happened around that time.

Nothing notable happens in the canon Star Wars timeline between 3350 and 3300 BBY.

You'll see. He's a variation on a character idea I had a long time ago. He's not really a diplomat as he is a monk/philosopher.

Well, I'd really like to... But my knowledge of SW canon is foggy at best, and I'm already running two RPs, and UB... So something would have to give. I mean, Austur is slow right now, but I need to update UB more often, and I'm trying to be more active in RoS as well. And I still have to keep up with SoS and OoD... Ah, bleep it. I'll sign up, but I can't guarantee I'll be able to participate that much. Also, before I sign up, I need to do some research. But I'm definitely gonna be rocking a badass Sith Lord with long silver hair and a very long lightsaber.  |

How long? You can use a Dual-Phase lightsaber or a Saber Club/Great Lightsaber.

I knew you would cave, and in also running three projects.
Begonia's Sequel, RoS also, Austur is super slow so I rarely go to that one.
And I do my best to vote in Yellows CYOA.
Don't worry to much about canon. This is set before the films so no need for any knowledge on that.
I think the only thing you'd have to be aware of is probably the MMO, Star Wars the old republic but nothing wookieepedia can't fix.
It even has a galactic timeline composing all books, to games, to movies. Doesn't matter what species your character is.
Though, i'msure Sith pure blood is still there even after the empire.
I do know they returned in one of the new Jedi order books, basically fan written books.
This is closely tied to Swtor, but not all the way so the likely hood of them being alive is still pretty High.
