"Oh, I'm sorry that we're in your way. Just be patient with us for a moment, please."
She then turned to the carriage driver, since he seemed to know a lot about Whiterun.
"Is it true that they can heal almost anything at the temple?" she asked him.

Siegemund gritted his teeth. Who was this woman. He had patience lots of it. With a grunt he jumped into the coach wagon and stared the trio down. "You're right I can indeed wait, but I won't. I'm suppose to be turning in a quest and your wagon is in my way." He said matter of factly, showing the cuts on his face.

"Sure." The man said as he set shook the reins in his hand. "I've had plenty of people go here for healing and I later end up taking them home. Diseases, injuries, curses, all sorts of stuff."
"Well, we can go now. You first." Avenicci smiled nervously as he spoke almost naturally before Dorian pulled him aside to whisper to him.
"That's not the girl from before, she has different mannerisms, different demeanor. Watch what you're getting yourself into and don't get attached. You're here to have we healed, not to court her, you overgrown manchild." He spoke into his masters ear before pushing him down and off the carriage after Lorelei had already hopped out.
After brushing himself off with his hands from the landing, Avenicci lightly touched Lorelei's hand with his own before turning towards her and facing his head towards te ground like a toddler who was caught stealing from the cookie jar.
"Um, would you like me to, you know, walk you, to the T-Temple of Kynareth?" He asked bashfully as he tried to look her in the eye.

Annoyed at being ignored by the three people Siegemund kept off the carriage. He couldn't help but here something about a temple which caught his interest. "Mm. Maybe I might follow them." He contemplated. Or else get their attention.
" Hey! Guy with the Nice robes, where ya going?" He yelled. This time he prayed he would not be ignored.

"Temple of Kynareth!" Avenicci shouted back before grabbing Lorelei's arm and walking forward to speak to her. "Sorry, would that be okay?"

"I'm okay with that, but if you have other things to do, you don't have to walk me there," she said to Avenicci.

"What's in Whiterun?" Avenicci laughed nervously as he made his rhetorical question. "Jorrvaskr, but I'm no warrior or hunter. Magic an-just magic, is my specialty, except Restoration. I can't cast a healing spell to save my life, quite literally."

"Oh, you poor thing. I may have to teach you a few restoration spells. That is, if you're going to stay in Whiterun for a while," she said as they walked.

"I might stay for a while." Avenicci told her as the went through the gates and into the market district. "Plus, you don't have to sound so condescending. It's not that I don't know how, it's that it just fizzles out. I've practiced magic most of my life under some of the best teachers in the Synod. Granted, I didn't have full access to proper research materials, at least, legal access."

"I was just picking on you, and trying to make you forget about how nervous you were. But I really would love to teach you more about Restoration magic. Please? I love being able to teach other people, and if you could just learn a little, you would be a legendary mage!" she said, acting very animated and seemingly very happy.

"I think of myself as less of a mage and more of a conjurer." Avenicci explained as they went up a set of stairs and saw the Gildergreen standing beautifully. "I'd be happy to learn from you though, Lorelei."

Seeing that the two lovebirds had disappeared from sight, Siegemund opened up the door to the mead hall and ducks under a chair that Sailed out. The Nord from before and a woman were brawling much to his disbelief. "What is going on here?" A sharp voice came.
All eyes turned to a dark haired woman, with obsidian eyes. She was dressed in black robes and a staff in her hand. "Bela, we were just practicing." The male Nord chuckled.
Unfortunately, the female pol the opportunity to throw him across the room. He slammed into the table and it cracked sending him to the floor. " enough!" Bela commanded and turned her attention to Siegemund. "Who are you?" She demanded. Siegemund pointed at himself," I'm Siegemund Grey-mane." He introduced. Bela's eyes narrowed. " I don't remember. A grey-mane by that name." She said slowly, taking a step forth. Siegemund didn't back down as he advanced, " recently came to Whiterun. Siglund is my Uncle." He explained. Bela stopped her advancement and stared at him deeply.
Her state was unnerving to the mixed blood Nord an he quickly looked away. "Abheim, is this true?" She questioned turning toward the male Nord who was standing up. He dusted himself off and shrugged. "Not air about the grey mane part but I did assign him to a frost troll mission." He vouched.
Bela noticed the frost troll Talons in a small bag and grabbed them from his hand. "True." She murmured before she looked at the boy. "I assume you came to join the companions? If so, you are in and will be assigned a room shortly." She replied curtly and walked down the left hall.
Siegemund opened his mouth but Abheim caught him off. " no good whelp. Bela is your superior in rank, refusing what she says is futile." He laughed. Siegemund rolled his eyes and looked at the Female warrior that was leaning against the wall. " welcome to the companions, here's the rules. We work as a team and are basically one big Family. We hint criminals and the like." The woman explained rudely. Siegemund took in the information as she tossed him a bag full of Septims. "532 Septims for that." The Woman smirked. She took a seat at the bar and it was only then Siegemund noticed a bartender and bottles of mead. "Well I could do worse." He muttered and took a step beside the red clad woman. " Siegemund." He introduced, waiting for her response. "Adarya." She replied and took a sip of her mead.
It was at that Moment Nephle walked through the door. Abheim looked up with wide eyes and rushed over to her. He leaned against the table and gave his best smile. "Looking for a sign up list, because if you are then I'm right here." He smiled.
"I'm sure she's take a frost troll." Siegemund snickered. He ducked under the bottle thrown at his head before addressing his imperial friend. "Good news, I'm in." He told her simply.
Nephle took a seat in front of him, much to Abheim's frustration. " you Aunt is looking for you. Said Siglund needed some help at the Skyforge." She informed. Siegemund looked at a bottle of mead and contemplated drinking one. " sorry kid, but we dot serve those under 20." The bartender gave a sympathetic smile. Siegemund exhaled, and turned around ready to walk out the door. " watch Abheim, he's a real charmer." He added.
Abheim took the time to take the boys seat. Adarya spent the entire time chortling at his attempts.

She had been staring at the Gildergreen tree, marvelling at what a beautiful sight it was. But then Avenicci called her Lorelei, and everything started to fall apart again. Her headache intensified, the shaking and just general weakness started again, and she felt so tired.
"I need to get to...the temple..." she said as she relied on Avenicci to support her.

"Got it." He said as he sort of half-carried her inside the nearby temple. "I have a patient seeking treatment for recurring headaches, nightmares, selective amnesia, and confusion."
Avenicci slowly set Lorelei down on a nearby stone slab for patients while one of the priests there began to tend to her, casting spells and reciting prayers while Avenicci went to talk with Dorian.
"What exactly do you think is going on with her?" Avenicci asked his servant as they sat down on a bench inside of the temple.
"I think she's either insane, not whomever she claims to be, or is faking the entire ordeal." Dorian declared unflinchingly as he took out a bottle of wine from his satchel. "Be careful, and don't get too comfortable. Remember last time?"
"Yeah yeah, won't do that again." Avenicci sighed as he turned away. "She doesn't even know who I am though, so she'd have little to no reason to stick around."
"She could be biding her time." Dorian commented before taking a large glug of the wine.
"To what end?"
"Because she can, and you'll fall for it."
"Why do you have to be so paranoid about her?"
"Someone has to. You seem paranoid about everyone else."
"Good point."

Siegemund made his way to the Skyforge and walked up its steps. He entered through the door to see Siglund hammering away at a Steel war hammer. " you called?" Siegemund called out.
Siglund looked up and have a bearded smile as he placed his weapons down. He rushed over ready to embrace his nephew. Siegemund raised a hand, eyes wide with fear. " we agreed on this last night, your hugs are de- agh." Siegemund screamed as his uncle gave him a bone crushing hug. "Sorry boy, just thought you were rebellious. How's that lady friend of yours?" He gave a hearty laugh. "Fine. She is just fine." Siegemund wheezed. Recovering quickly from the hug heads his way around the forge looking at the weapons with intrigue. " I see you take an interest in smithing, boy. It's been in our blood since the civil war with the imperials." Siglund proclaimed proudly. "It certainly is interesting." Siegemund agreed. He circled around some more before looking at his relative " anyway what did you need?" He smiled.
" same reason you came. Thought is teach you the ropes of smithing. Eventually, you'll be leaving Whiterun for better things. And since you joined the companions I figured we could make a schedule." The man shrugged. " I'll do it, but only I'm I'm not to tired." Siegemund accepted.
The rest of the time in the Skyforge wa spent learning how to smith. Siegemund walked down the stairs tired after a long day. He entered the mead hall to see a drunk Nephle swaying from side to side. He blinked once, then again. "Okay, how many bottles?" He asked to no one in particular.
Abheim looked pretty nervous, so Siegemund looked at him. " 10." Abheim said quickly. Siegemund groans and walked up slowly behind the intoxicate woman. He was surprised when she turned around with a smile on her face so wide it seemed as though her face would split.
"Siggy!" She cheered as tackled the Nord to the ground. It was hard fighting her off but Siegemund managed and grabbed her by the waist. " alright Nephle, time to get you home. Normally you're the more responsible one." He chuckled.
He made his way towards the door before realizing he had been assigned a room already. He could tell his family that he was living here now but Nephle needed assistance and he didn't really trust his "comrades" yet. Deciding it was best to take her to his room, Siegemund turned around. Adarya tossed him a keyicj to his relief. "Thanks." He acknowledged.
Nephle now was pinching his face and it hurt. " you're handsome Siggy." She giggled. Siegemund did a double take. It had to be the mead talking. "Uh thanks." He said awkwardly. " let's play a game." Nephle yelled out.
A few companions looked at the duo strangely. "Uh, she's drunk." Siegemund laughed nervously. He turned to his friend," keep it down." He whispered.
He fumbled with the lock and noticed a few of the female were giving him dirty looks. " its not what it looks like." He pleaded. They glared harder.
He quickly slammed the door as a few of the more angrier women advanced. He prayed there was a lock and luckily found one. He layed Nephle on the couch before making his way to his own bed. "Sweet dreams." He muttered. He looked over to see Nephle fast asleep. He pulled the covers over himself and was out like a light.

When Lorelei woke up, she could feel beams of morning sunlight on her face, because coming through the windows near the roof of the temple. As she blinked and her eyes began to adjust to the light, she started trying to figure out what was going on.
"Where am I?" she asked.

"The Temple of Kynareth." A priest told her as he entered the room. "Your friends brought you here for healing, remember?"

"Two men, one young, one old." He told her as he began to cast a curative spell on her. "For your nightmares, headaches, and other apparent conditions. The nature of your condition seems to show heavy signs of Daedric influence."
