Make sure to mention that we should all trust in Justice, so that it becomes the theme.

You look over at the others, realizing that they're all still silent. "...Don't worry. I don't think anything bad would happen to them. After all...if we were all kidnapped and Hope's Peak has ended up like this, that must mean the authorities have found out by now. I'm certain the police will come and help us anytime now. And I'm certain the people that are closest to us are helping them with that. After all...we've got justice on our side." You ball your fist tightly.
That totally sounded like something a cool detective would say, right? Right?

Vicky begins to reason out her thoughts out loud. "So...That plush thing said we needed Neko coins. We might want to start to look for those. I'd like to look for clues to get off the island, but honestly, it feels foolproof. We're not gonna find a plane. Also, this cat can just appear wherever he wants. A floating island isn't subtle either. I'm just saying that if we're in real life and not in a nightmare, there's clearly supernatural forces in play here. If help was coming, we'd already be saved."
Aki responds. "Well, I suppose the best thing we can do right now is finish investigating the school. We should at least have a basic knowledge of it's layout..."
You nod. "You're right. Standing around and sulking about our situation isn't helping anyone. For now, we should look around and try to get a better grasp on the situation."
"...I suppose you are right. It is just zat..." Amelia looks off to the side. "...Nevermind. It is nozing. We need to return to our search. I do not have time for zoughts like zat."
With that, it seems like the investigation is back underway.
You look over at the sun, which you can see in the sky through the giant cage you're all in. "...It looks like we've only got a bit more time left until we all need to gather and discuss our results..."

You turn to the others. "Well then. I suggest we go check out the garden with what time we have left."
Nobody objects and you all head off, entering the garden through a flower archway. It's actually pretty beautiful. Full grown trees are scattered throughout, giving it an almost forest feel. There's even a large waterfall that creates a little pond and pours down into a river through the island. Small stones sit along the pathway and you notice that for some reason, the path leads to a huge tree at the center of the garden.
Sato, who you find sitting under a tree, looks over at you. "Welcome to my home! I'm going to live here for the whole time..." He flops back down as if to start taking a nap when you hear a familiar voice from behind.
"There you all are." It's Claus. "Come with me back to the dining hall. It's nearly time for everyone to discuss what they found."
A. Head back with the others B. Deny the meeting and do whatever you want

Aki nods and begins to walk with Claus. "We should also discuss some... rules. Other than Nekoshi's. I think it'd be best if we have some sort of system to make things safe."
Vicky looks at Claus: "Hum... Does that come from the cat or from you? I don't remember the cat giving us a time limit. We just started exploring this garden. Can we have like... 5 minutes?"
Sato perks up and looks around in surprise. "Wait, we can ask for more time!? More time! More time!" Without waiting for permission, he runs off through the trees, playing around.
Claus sighs. "Fine. You can stay, but don't take too long. The rest of us are going on ahead without you." With that, you head out, leaving Vicky and Sato behind.
Everyone meets back up in the dining hall, sitting around the picnic table to talk about what they've found. However...it looks like a few people are missing. Vicky, Sato, Sam, and Sylvia are all absent from the meeting. Regardless, Claus begins without them. "Let's go over what we've found throughout the school. We'll simply move around the table clockwise, starting with myself."

Dennis stretches out his hands while Claus continues on. "Now then...We're certainly trapped on this island. I searched every inch of the outside grounds. There's no way down from up here and even if we could get down, a huge pool of water awaits us at the bottom. More than that, I was unable to locate any visible exits. However...I did find something interesting. If you look at the school, you'll notice it's much larger than it seems from the inside. In fact, there should be many more than just two floors. I get the feeling Nekoshi is keeping us from exploring the entire school..."
The attention in the room shifts over to the doorway as Vicky enters in. Ashley crosses her legs and looks off to the side, making a snide remark. "Ooh, look who showed up late."
Amelia glares daggers at her from across the table. "Zat is no way to treat a friend."
"How can you even be sure she's our friend to begin with? Anyone here could end up backstabbing us..." She produces another folding fan from somewhere and opens it in front of her face while looking away.
"Zat is..." Amelia falls silent.
"Here, you can come sit with me, Vicky." Vivian moves over and pats the spot next to her, motioning for Vicky to sit down.
As she takes her place, Claus clears his throat. "Now then, continuing on..." He turns his head to his left. "Tucker?"
"I'll let James explain what I found. He's better at articulating things."
Axel sighs. "Dude, way to throw the bus at James..."
"'ow can you zrow a whole bus!?" Amelia stares at Tucker in surprise.
"You totally butchered that saying..." The words slip from your mouth to your own surprise. Haha...hopefully nobody noticed your breaking of character...
James picks up for Tucker. "Don't worry, I'll help you out." He doesn't seem to mind and casually goes on with his explanation. You know, James is kind of a casual guy for a doctor. You'd think he'd be more formal. "I spent most of my time inspecting the dormitory. It seems that the doors to our rooms are all left unlocked until we enter and lock it ourselves with our own keys. They come with a fully equipped bathroom and closets full of duplicates of our outfits. Furthermore, there's a doorbell that we may use to summon each other should one of us have the door locked. The only issue, however, is that there is no way to really communicate while the doors are shut. There's no intercom function. Other than that, it seems all of our rooms are fairly similar." He turns to Dennis. "Well, it's your turn."
"Well in an effort to be concise I won't repeat any info already given or give you any someone else is better suited to relay, which leaves me with my room and the upstairs. Nothing of note was in my room. A key, a bed, and some clothes. Upstairs, however, was much more interesting. Now, I was only able to investigate one room before being interrupted by Nekoshi's "announcement". Within this room were many implements and artifacts befitting an Archeologist which is interesting given we have one in our merry little crew. Even if she didn't deign to grace us with her presence. This and the oriental look of the other door, potentially denoting our local Haiku Poet, Aki, led me to believe this school may have been designed and built explicitly for us. Which is a rather...disturbing thought. Of course, this is all conjecture until we can find more examples of these tailor made rooms."
"Whoa, I think I found something like that too!" Axel continues on. "Down in the basement, there was this fire pattern blast door. It was super weird, so I went inside. Then I found that there was a whole bunch of firestarting equipment and explosives! Well I mean...not necessarily bombs, but mostly stuff like fireworks for shows and stuff. It was kinda like the Ultimate Pyrotechnics Lab. There was even a blast room to test all this stuff in. It locks and everything! Oh, and there was a flamethrower, but I chucked it over the side of the island because Sam told me to get rid of it." Axel then looks over at Aki. "Okay, you're turn!"
"Well, the docks and the pool weren't particularly helpful... We are indeed on some sort of floating island..."
You pick up where she left off. "I made sure to check the gym and the pool thoroughly. Not much was found in the gym aside from the storage closet. There was plenty of equipment for physical activities and swimsuits for the pool. There was also plenty of cleaning and maintenance supplies for the pool. The locker rooms are nothing too spectacular either. Exactly what you would expect. Showers, sinks, and mirrors. Not to mention lockers. Each one has our name on it and is opened using our handbooks, so if something is stored in your locker, nobody else can get into it. Finally, there's the pool. It's pretty simple. There's the pool and a lifeguard tower with a life ring and a whistle on it. More importantly, there are special rules. You can't swim in the pool at night or eat in the pool. That's all though." You then look over to Amelia. "I believe you inspected the docks a bit further in detail than I did, correct?"
"Ah...yes, zat is correct. It appears zat ze docks do not actually 'ave any water. Zey just 'ang over ze edge like zis island was picked right up into ze sky. 'owever, what is more important is zat Nekoshi says you can take a boat from ze docks to ozer places. You can buy tickets for ze boats at ze little shack, but 'e said somezing about using coins. I do not know what 'e meant by zat." She looks to her side. "It should be Vicky's turn, but we were looking around togezer, so I do not zink she saw anyzing new..."
"In that case...I guess it's my turn." Vivian smiles at you all a bit nervously. "Well I made sure that the kitchen was fully stocked. There's a whole bunch of food to pick from there and I don't think we'll be running out anytime soon. There's also a room next to it with a really fancy door. It had plenty of cleaning supplies, a laundry room, and a mini dining room. Now that I think about it...maybe that's a lab for Claus. He's the Ultimate Butler after all." She looks over at him and thinks a minute. "Well, that's all for me. How about you, Erika?"
Erika is silent. After a moment, she realizes you aren't going to leave her alone until she talks. She sighs. "There's a room upstairs full of poetry with Japanese junk hanging everywhere. That's all I found. Now if you don't mind, I'd like to get back to my thoughts..." She slouches forward, blocking out the rest of you and returning to deep thought.
The attention turns over to Ashley. "Very well. Here's what I found." She places the fan away and speaks to you all. "There's an elaborate garden in the front with an oddly large tree and a waterfall as well as a lake. I would have explored further, but I...er..." Her face turns a bit red and before you know it, the fan's up again. "Sato was um...bathing in the lake at the time."
"How indecent..." Claus sighs.
"He knows we've got showers, right...?" Axel looks confused.
"Not that it matters, because I found something else worthy of note. The A/V Room. There was a multitude of videos along the shelves from educational to entertainment. They even had some with my gorgeous face in it. Anyhow, the setup is fairly perfect. There's a large screen and surround sound speakers. Those of you in my fan club would certainly be able to enjoy my movies in there."
As Ashley finishes, Sam and Sylvia enter the dining hall. "You're late," Claus says in a matter of fact tone.
Sylvia gives a nervous laugh and flashes everyone a big smile. "Sorry! We were a little caught up in our exploring."
Ashley crosses her legs. "Well, since you're here, tell us what you found."
"Uh...Err..." Sylvia takes a second to recollect her thoughts. "Well, we found a Game Room. Kind of. It was more like a casino. It was honestly really weird. All the games were out of order. There was also this uh...room. With a heart theme. I think it's probably best we pretend it's not actually a thing..."
The others turn to Spy. Claus interrupts, however. "Spy spent his time investigating with Dennis and Leanne, so there isn't much else to gain from his explanation."
"Well, that's everyone..." You look around the table at everyone.
James looks to you all. "I suggest that for now we all head back to our rooms and rest. It's almost night..."
You all agree and decide to head back.

When you return to your room, you find it's just like James described it. You head over to your work desk and grab your room key, locking the door so nobody kills you or invades your privacy. Looking back around the room, you notice it's pretty basic. You've got a simple, yet comfy looking bed and a carpet placed over the tile floor to make the room feel a bit cozier. A house plant sits next to your work desk as well. You head over to the closet and open it up, seeing duplicates of your current outfit inside. You then head over to the bathroom, looking around. It's filled with all your typical stuff. Your shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, everything. It's a little creepy. They even have what looks like a copy of your robe. You decide to take a quick shower and head back into your room with your robe on, feeling all warm and snuggly. You let out a deep sigh and finally relax. You don't have to keep up that detective facade now. It kinda sucks having to pretend you're someone else all the time. But...it would look kinda sketchy if you gave up the act now. Maybe...you'll tell the others the truth when you get out of here. If you get out of here. ...You suddenly feel very unlucky. You thought you were the luckiest when you happened to get into Hope's Peak with your fake application, but now? Now it feels like all that has been turned completely upside down. You flop down on your bed and feel fatigue wash over you. You quickly fall into a deep sleep... Chapter 1: Hunting Your Prey - Daily LifeYou wake up to an obnoxious noise... *BING BONG DING DONG* "Goooood morning everyone! It's now 7:00 AM! You change into a new outfit and head out.
You head over to Erika's dorm room and ring her doorbell.
...
You ring it again.
...
You sit there and mash the doorbell button multiple times until Erika eventually comes out with an annoyed look on her face. "...What?"
"Hey, Erika! I was just wondering if you wanted to spend some time together."
"No." She closes the door.
You stand around for a short moment until you mash the doorbell button again.
She opens the door with an annoyed sigh. "Fine. I get the feeling you won't stop until I entertain you..."
You smile. "Great! What should we do then?"
"If you're really so desperate, you can help me with my research I suppose..."
You head into the room, noticing that Erika's room looks just like yours, but she has a bunch of flasks and vials set up on her work desk. Most of them seem kind of small though. It's probably whatever she brought with her. She hands you a notepad and a pen. "Write what you observe." She creates some kind of chemical reaction with her flasks and vials. You notice that the blue fluid bubbles a bit and...it looks almost like little balls of iron are popping into existence! What the heck!?
You start to write this down, but realize that Erika isn't paying you much attention. Maybe you should make conversation...
A. "So what do you do for fun?" B. "Why are you so interested in chemistry?" C. "What do you think about the others?" D. "Do you think we'll get out of here?" E. "So what's your type?"

"What do you think about the others?" You ask this in your detective tone.
Erika brushes the question aside. "Don't know. Don't care."
"You don't seem particularly interested in others. Why is that?"
"People are boring. Always the same." She furiously scribbles notes down on the reaction you're watching.
"What do you mean by that?"
"Humans think in patterns and I easily notice those patterns. So it's boring. I'd rather stay in my lab and study the unknown. Don't you think that's more interesting?"
A. "I can see your point..." B. "But relationships with other people are important." C. "Don't you think this place is a little dangerous to just ignore everyone in?"

"I can see your point..."
You notice a faint smile come across Erika's face. "It's nice to know someone else understands." The chemical reaction ends and she turns over to you. "Did you take notes on your observations?"
You nod. "I've got it all written down." You hand your notepad to her.
She looks it over and seems satisfied. "Hum...You seem capable. Perhaps you can help me with other experiments in the future..."
You feel a little closer with Erika...
You've received a Friendship Shard!
You decide to head back to your room for a bit.
It looks like there's still time left. What should you do?

"Hello, Sato. Would you mind if we spent some time together?"
"Oh, you wanna play?" He looks excited.
"Uhh...sure." You're not sure what he means by that.
"What should we play?" He drops down from the tree, looking like he's going to land on his face, but somehow flipping his body to stand on his own two feet.
