So, what would everyone's ability options be?
Mine would probably be either Moody, Slow Start, or Defeatist.

I'm a level 255 Mega Salamence with 999 in all stats and Multiscale/Wonderguard(HA) for my abilities. I know Hyper Beam, Draco Meteor, Flamethrower, and Dragon Claw. But all that's off topic. Mystic, what about Pirate Land/Northern Tundra/Snowy Mountain maps? Might be a good idea to get a jump on those.

Probably. But I don't really have time to work on maps right now...

Well, just remember Phalos was a thing. I.E I have a metric crapton of snowy forest, tundra, mountain, and otherwise icy maps.

Is crapton a metric measurement? :P
Thanks, Neo. I'll be sure to ask you about it if I need to.
Also, because of the way things turned out, it looks like you guys have skipped ANOTHER boss battle. I don't think I've had a single boss fight that hasn't been skipped.

Yes, crapton is totally a metric measurement. Also, sorry for repeatedly breaking the game and always skipping the cool bosses.

I just realized something. Schism and Rifts are the exact opposite. In Schism, the party fights bosses they aren't supposed to. In Rifts, we skip all the bosses we were supposed to fight. GX has an idea for an optional boss rush thing. I think it would be hysterical.

I've been looking up the Dragonwright Pantheon(The most powerful Gods in the Rifts Megaverse, the Great Dragon-Gods). They're ludicrously OP. But when looking at Zandragal's stats, I noticed something I found funny. A bit of background on Zandragal: She's the God-Dragon of War, and is widely considered to be the most beautiful dragon who's ever lived. With that in mind, here are her stats. Alignment: Anarchist Size: 950 feet(290 meters) long, and 275 feet(84 meters) tall. HP: 21,000 MDC: 36,000 SDC: 15,000 PPE: 12,000 Attributes: IQ: 32, ME: 30, MA: 25, PS: 58, PP: 28, PE: 28, PB: 27, Spd: 88. Shira has higher PB than the most ancient and powerful Dragon Goddess in the Megaverse. Mystic, feel free to do something with that.

Gah, so many cool things in this book... So many potential quests... Mystic, if you have time this afternoon or this evening, wanna pop on Roll20 and do some Rifts plotting? I have a lot of new ideas to run by you.

Quick question...
So, I start with Compulsion, but the list of spells I can get at level 2 contains Compulsion... Does that mean I get a bonus for picking it twice?
Also, Slimex can get a Charm spell, but it's not even in the spellbook xd Of course, I wouldn't have given it to him, but Slimex with a Charm spell would be hilarious

Unless it's a higher level version of the same spell, I don't think so. But if nothing else stands out that you want, maybe we can work something out.

Nah, there's A LOT of interesting spells I can get.
I was just wondering why I could take the same spell twice.

You can't take the same spell twice. If you start with a certain spell because of your class, then you already know that spell and cannot choose it when you level up. Cause, you know, you already know it.

No, it's not. It's just a common sense type deal. Your class allows you to pick several spells to start with at Level 1. You chose Compulsion as one of them. Every spellcasting class gains access to the same Invocations(Normal spells) at each level. So, when you level up, you can pick a new spell from the ones available to you. But spells don't "stack". If you know a spell already because your class allowed you to pick it, you already know it. Simple as that.
It would be like me trying to have Shira learn Fire Bolt even though she already knows it.

You tried to teach Shira Flamethrower, but she already knows four moves. Forget a move to learn Flamethrower?
