... In the book, Supernatural Creatures are literally defined as "creatures of supernatural origin with strength, Natural MDC armor, and natural healing capabilities far exceeding that of normal humans". Psionics are defined as otherwise normal people who possess some supernatural powers. The two are inherently different. However, if suddenly all Psionics everywhere are considered Supernatural Creatures, then by the very definition, they all get everything dragons get. Which makes dragons obsolete. Or, if you say that they're Supernatural Creatures but don't get the bonuses, then that means Supernatural Creatures are suddenly literally everywhere, and that brings up a lot of RP issues and essentially means my once rare dragon is now as common as a normal human. If Celica has something special about her backstory that I don't know about, I guess it would be fine if it were unique to her. But you could also simply say Celica has a really strong aura, which is what causes normal animals to flee. I'm really, really not trying to start a fight. So I'm sorry I'm not explaining myself very well. I'm dealing with IRL problems right now and am currently extremely overwhelmed.

Sorry. Do what you feel is best. I'll abide by it. I'm just... Really, really, really overwhelmed right now.

OK. Well... not entirely true, a dragon would still be as rare as a dragon, even if the game's definition of supernatural's expanded to... "anything we would call supernatural." But OK. But yes, there is a reason. I... didn't particularly want people to know there's a reason beyond "happens to be psychic," but there is. So rest assured.

Also, that was not angry yelling. That was faux angry yelling. The kind where the person is pulling their hair because they're tying not to laugh.

Alright. If it's just for Celica's backstory, I don't have anything against it. Also, sorry again.

Meh. I didn't read the stuff about supernatural creatures as carefully since it's not particularly relevant to my character, so odds are you're entirely right and I skipped over the bit that's relevant or something. Just... next time explain it simply instead of just saying it ruins everything or whatever?

Oh, no, not Bernadotte. Well, actually, yeah, Bernadotte. French mercenary who uses high explosives and lots of gun to kill Nazi vampires... Kinda fits... Eerily well...
Neo! Who's that one mage in Fate/Zero? The one that uses not-magic techniques to kill mages? Saber's master, I think?

Emiya Kiritsugu. And yes, Saber's Master.

Celica is Emiya Bernadotte, then. Amelie! Destroy the grail, mon chérie!

Oh. Um... Neo? I, uh... Check the Constrain Being spell on page 212. And Desiccate the Supernatural on 217.
Dragons... aren't "supernatural creatures." They're "creatures of magic." ...Which actually seems advantageous...

They're "creatures of magic." ...Which actually seems advantageous... Dragon pages in the core book says otherwise, and core book overrules and supersedes everything else. IIRC, it also states dragons are treated as Supernatural Creatures in the attributes section of the core book. Dragons are Creatures of Magic- which if you go back and read my old posts you'll see I already knew that- that are treated as Supernatural Creatures, just like Demons or Godlings.

I'm looking at the Ultimate Edition. Neo, this is a GOOD thing for you. It doesn't mean Shira somehow magically loses all the stuff she has. It DOES mean she's not treated as a godling. And she's IMMUNE to certain really nasty spells.

.... I despise Rifts sometimes. The writers are so damn stupid. This opens up a whole new can of worms that I really, really, REALLY don't want to deal with right now. So screw it.

*Points to page 285*
I'd suggest you go read the Supernatural Strength and Damage page again.
"Simply put, supernatural beings are NOT human. They are something else. Creatures that defy the laws of physics and draw upon arcane forces and energies(Like Magic) as part of their innate essence."
Taken from the book word for word. Now, if we say that DOESN'T apply to dragons, for whatever unknown stupid reason, then it brings into question where dragons get their Supernatural Strength, and natural MDC capabilities. And that opens up a can of worms, all because the writers are stupid.
