Crow's special technique! Flip him the bird.

You lift your dripping hand in the air, palm towards you, and just as you are about to put down four fingers, a searing pains goes down your hand into your arm. You grab your hand in pain, and your hands fold into a bird shadow puppet. You end up flipping him a literal bird.
For the first time, you hear Cryptic emit anything resembling a laugh.
"Shut up!" you yell. You gasp as you notice your hearing doesn't seem to function properly either.
"So... how was your... acid trip?"

SHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUP!!!
That's the most sane way to respond.

"Shut up." you yell at him. "Shut up! Shut-up-shut-up-shut-upshutupshutupSHUT UP!"
Your brains feel like they're sloshing around in your head, and you feel like you might vomit, the walls spin around you and becoming swirling vortexes. You shake your head rapidly in an attempt to dispel the images.
When you come to, you're standing in a circular room, with a raised dais in the centre, and wire pathways with hand rails going to each door. There are several machines in the centre, one of which looks like a capsule-opener in a capsule machine, and you suspect the smooth metal ball plays some purpose in it.
What do you do?

Use the ball!

Reality check! Use ball on helmet. If it goes "clink," then use ball on machine.

You tap the ball against your helmet. It gives off a subdued 'Clink', telling you that either you have quite the imagination there, or you're in reality.
Depositing the metal ball in the machine, you press the button.
The top of the ball is pried off, and heaps of coins spill out of it, as well as two tokens. As you do so, the light above your door lights up, causing you to then glance at all the other lights, and notice that Ace's light is also lit.
You take the opportunity to dump the contents of the ball as well as the contents of your coin purse in the ATM machine. Your balance now reads '956 CP'.
Suddenly, there is a terrible shriek coming from Twomato's room. What do you do?
A: See if you can get into Ace's room, and demand your sword back B: See what you can get with the tokens C: See what the shriek is about, you guess

Shoot, I wish we could split in two. Crow, I'll leave this to you. What's more important? Twomato living or our sword. We know we aren't saving Ace for his personality.

We could split in two if we had our sword.
Go check on twolip.

Is it theoretically possible to make an unbeatable hero in FE: Heroes?

I doubt it. There'll always be something that can counter anything. But it's certainly possible to make a hero so trough they can't be beaten in the context of having to deal with all your others.
That bastard Takumi springs to mind.

Haven't managed to get Takumi yet. Or Hector. Or many desirables.

You sigh and go to check on Twomato, pocketing your tokens as you go. You run down the passageway, with the fact that your foot is still really hurting becoming ever more noticable.
You finally arrive, and find the door opens as you approach it. For a moment you pause to gaze at the lung-themed wallpaper, before realising Twomato is sprawled on the floor, a scalpel through each wrist, and legs bent in odd directions.
What do you do?

Also call for help, find Two's vitallis, and see if you can... y'know... grab it with Two's hand or something...?

First, you scream for help, and then you rush over to Twomato. Grey blood pools on the floor from his wrists, and he is lying facedown, moaning and sobbing weakly. There is duct tape on the side of his face, he must have managed to get it off somehow, but you see something else that makes you stop and gasp in horror.
Two long grey ribbons beside him.
You have no way of telling whose they are in your current state, but there's no mistaking they are remnants of vitallises. You tentatively place Twomato's vitallis on his body, to see if it will have an effect. Nothing happens. You feebly try and console him.
"...Leave me...!" he manages to get out. "...Go after... them!"
You are hit in the side of the head with a projectile, and your vision blurs and distorts. You turn to the chest, sight breaking into patterns, and see something grey plunge into the chest. Standing over it, you can see a figure disappearing into the darkness. What do you do?

Slam the chest shut, throw the heaviest thing handy on it, keep calling for help, begin first aid. Stop the bleeding with direct artery pressure. Don't pull the scalpels out.

You sneak up behind the lid, and slam the chest shut, looking in vain for something to hold the lid down. The smooth, rounded surface makes it difficult for anything to be left on the lid, not that there seems to be anything to choose from.
After searching around tens of indeterminate machines, you finally find some sort of device with a microphone with a long cord. You push the cord through the keyhole and out the bottom of the lid, followed by looping it several times through loops on the side, and tie it off with a triple knot.
You then kneel down by Twomato, and apply pressure on the wounds. He's clearly in terrible pain. You can't think of any way that he could feasibly be healed, given the extent of his injuries, it would be difficult to get him to his vitallis, even if that's not one of the two lying beside him. You wonder idly if either is yours.
You could put him out of his misery, by taking the scalpel out of his wrist and slashing his throat, for example. Or you could stay here, and keep calling for help, hoping that someone somehow has a way to fix the problem.
What do you do?

Panic. Continue calling for help and trying to stop the bleeding.
