SUMMARY:
The party drop by Santa Cora to drop off Selene and Aeva, inside the Cathedral is Nyl waiting to ask advice of Miranda about becoming a Priestess for The Red (I don't believe she ever got that audience.) She tells about her 4 years in hyperbolic time living dungeons in nice concise form, apparently we're part of the largest generation of Heroes of Time. Last one was probably just Link. Apparently, we're time's way of fixing itself. Also she and The Red banged. A lot.
After saying goodbye to Aeva, we head out to Axis. On the road we meet Karth's parents and get especially quality baked goods. We also pick up a cake to bribegift to the Emperor. There's a festival going on in Maggie's city, but ain't nobody got time for dat.
For the last leg of the journey, we cross paths with Ninian, who gives us some background on the kind of ice dragon she is (Neo can give the name 'cause I sure can't) and talks some about the Red and Idoun and how they each influence her by their presence. Somewhat draining and empowering respectively. She also fills us in on some dragon politics in Axis, such as the Black Dragons who are sympathetic to Tiamat but comparatively meek, and agrees to travel with us to Moonwreck. And perhaps help out in our auction scheme.

I don't think I'll be able to make it to session tonight, I've been at a friend's all day and I'm not sure I can get a drive home until tomorrow morning...

Well, it's not ideal, but... It's pretty much an RP only session. So you might miss some amazing drama, but we could still catch you up.
Whenever you know if you will or won't have a ride, just let us know. We'll plan on starting at the normal time, still.

Ya. Sooowwwy.
Summary:
Party goes to Axis to convince Dragon Emperor to hold an auction to lure out Dwarf King.
Karth uses his shiny new Belt of Axis to start an impromptu parade and accidentally makes a new holiday, Bards' Day. Imperial Officials get mad.
Party sits down to talk with DE over delicious cake, DE wants more info than Seren is willing to give, Seren gets upset, tension meter spikes.
Seren leaves, Edea and Seren have a long talk about family stuff, including why Edea is being groomed to become Empress so quickly. Edea reveals her dad is getting a bit too old to rule, and that if he stays Emperor for another year, the throne will kill him. Edea convinces Seren to trust their father.
Party spends the night in the palace. Next morning, Seren's husband Talon shows up with their baby daughter, Iris. Iris is adorable baby rainbow dreggin. Really, really adorable. Grandpa Izzy and Nyl both get to hold adorable baby Iris dreggin.
Nyl is really conflicted, a bit bluescreened, and seems to want a baby dreggin of her own. But Raizel doesn't want to risk having a child just yet. That could probably change under certain circumstances. *hint* *hint*
Talon reveals his identity as the Blessed Emperor to Izzy, Thalia, Edea, and Nyl. DE Izzy and BE Talon have a bit of a tense, awkward talk. Session ends there.
Edit: Also, DE Izzy and Thalia bring up the idea of having a celebration party to formally announce Edea as the heir to the throne, using it as a cover to hold the auction. Seren is worried about Edea's safety. Izzy and Thalia mention a certain Purple Dragon, named Malatyne, who's apparently the best at parties and might be willing to help.

Funnily enough, none of them are spoilers anymore. The ones last sesson was just offscreen plotting, so you guys wouldn't know my plan until it played out. And it did.
