Also, let's move all this YGOPro talk over to World Duel. Which is the proper topic for it.

So, Champions. Champions are special duelists chosen either by the Goddess of Fate and Order, or the God of Destruction and Discord. Similar to Dissidia, the Champions are called upon during periods of great change or strife in the world to fight for the two Chief Deities, in battles that decide the future of the world. This is known as the Cycle, and it has taken place in every age, in many different forms. However, this is actually the first time the War of the Gods has taken the form of Duel Monsters.
Battles between Champions are more than just duels; they are real battles, on real battlefields, with real battle damage. Champions who lose are saved from death by their patron deity, however, that does not mean there are no consequences. Champions are transported to battlefields chosen by the deity who's Champion won the battle before, and all battlefields are in different dimensions and worlds.
A big part of this RP will focus on how characters cope with this double life; one moment, a Champion could be at work, and the next, they could get a summons from their patron deity, and have to go to a different world for a life threatening battle.
However, your character does not necessarily have to be a Champion; they could be a normal duelists who gets caught up in something far beyond their ken.
Signers and Dark Signers- 5 truly special Champions of Order and Discord are also granted additional powers; the powers of the Crimson Dragon and the Earthbound Immortals. These Champions are the vanguard of each deity's army. There is currently 1 Signer PC and 1 Dark Signer PC. There are four more slots available for each. If no one wants them, I will be filling the roles with NPCs.
Champion Cards: these are unique cards that symbolize a Champion's status. Without them, they cannot hear the voice of their patron deity and cannot participate in Champion battles. Basically, without that card, they become a normal person again. However, Signers and Dark Signers still retain their Signer/Dark Signer powers if they lose their Champion Card. Champion Cards are initially Synchro Cards, but they can "evolve" into different cards, as the story progresses, and your character changes. They can become XYZs, Fusion, Pendulum, or even normal Effect cards.
Initially, at the start of the RP, people will be limited to 1 normal XYZ or Fusion Card in their Extra Deck(Not Champion or Signer Cards). If your character starts the RP already as a Champion, he/she will also automatically start with their Champion Card. And Signers/Dark Signers also start with their Signer/Dark Signer cards. For example, my character will start with 1 normal XYZ, Constellar Omega, and his Signer Card, Stardust Dragon.
Yes, I know that's a bit different from what I originally said. But it's what I've decided on.

I'm gonna make a bunch of Dissidia references in this topic, I can already tell.

Oh, and there are two PCs who are already Dark Signers. Not one. My bad.

If people are tending towards the bad guys after all, I may go good... assuming I even join. I'm already in enough RP that aren't moving...
I should also probably read the wiki about wtf a signer is.

Note: "Plot Restricted" means cards that are only allowed to be used for plot reasons, by certain characters, under certain conditions. You can't willy nilly decide to stick them in your deck.

You forgot the Elder Entities Norden and N'tiss.
And various other spells/traps related to any of the cards (Stardust Road, Dreamland, etc.)

As far as I am aware, "Nekroz of Sophia" is simply another Lol!Nekroz card. It doesn't have any plot significance.

As far as I am aware, "Nekroz of Sophia" is simply another Lol!Nekroz card. It doesn't have any plot significance. Have some Nekroz lore. They're a clan that perfected magical rituals to weave the power of legendary monsters into armors via a magical mirror, and clad themselves into them. This power allows them to even control the power of the "Ice Barrier Dragons".So I would think a card weaving the power of god would be something worth a mention.

It negates field wipes, so it's still a useful card without Starburst Dragon.

Aren't the Nekroz the surviving Gishkis as well? All two of them, yes. All Nekroz cards are basically four different characters with different armor. Avance is Great Sorceror, Unicore, Valkyrus, and Zefrasaber. Emilia is Dance Princess, Gungir, and Sophia. Their son Shurit is Tactician, Clausolas, Brionac, and Trishula. Random pet dragon warrior Exa is Enforcer, Decisive Armor, and Zefraxa.

Ha.HA.HAHA.HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Funny list Neo. How is someone gonna have a champion dragon when 3 of them are restricted? Or is it just any synchro? Why synchros!?
Gah. So restricting.
