While I myself won't do this, if anyone wants to try using a Macro Cosmos drck against Neo's lightsworn the Entirety of GFAQS and a few other sites recommend it.

I'd say one deck, so that way we can't change to specific counter decks. But we also need to prevent ridiculously powerful decks. I'm not using my Shaddoll deck. I'm going to be using the deck that GX and I are going to make  And we'll be making another one for her that she can use as well. |

One deck for the whole tournament. Side decks are a yes. They're kinda important. I'm fine with having powerful decks, just not broken ones. Big difference between "OP" and "Broken".
Necroz is broken. Lightsworn/Twilight is OP.
