Why does Zarc get lmao'd by Utopia the Lightning?!
Why is the OCG so scared of Goyo Guardian that they had to nerf it?!
Why did they bring back a not-nerfed-enough Imperial Order?!
Why did the new OCG banlist not hit Zoodiacs but hit the s*** out of casual decks that used Tenki?!
Are the OCG guys on meth?!

For all it takes to summon him, Zarc is extremely underwhelming.

I actually don't think Zarc will be that hard to summon. There's a ton of new pendulum magicians (Astrograph etc) that simplify getting all the pieces and help you summon it, and even Odd-Eyes Fusion can just send two of Odd-Eyes Vortex/Meteorburst/Absolute/Rebellion/Raging to fill in the gaps if you can't get 4 dragons out. Heck, Odd-Eyes Fusion to send some materials to the Grave, the Dragon's Mirror or Astrograph can banish those materials and summon a second Zarc.
And considering it's a 4000/4000 that destroys your opponent's entire field, can't be targeted or destroyed by card effects, and if it is destroyed it becomes a floodgate that stops your opponent from using Extra deck monsters AND rips cards you search out of your hand...
Hey, remember when we thought Beelze was OP?

But UtL is run in almost every single competitive deck out there... And unless I'm mistaken, there's quite a few non-target trap cards that can negate destruction. Plus, Zarc doesn't have any protection from summoning negate. Honestly, it kinda seems like a worse JD to me.
Beelze is still more OP, imo.

Utopia lmaos EVERYTHING.
It's like kaijus.
Boss monsters tend not to have summoning negation protection*. We haven't hit that level of power creep yet. Since Zarc is a Fusion monster he's sort of protected from Solemn Strike. If you use a spell to fuse for him then Strike can't respond. You could activate strike when Zarc goes for the board wipe, but since Zarc can't be destroyed by card effects all it would do is stop the nuke.
*The Egyptian gods, Star Eater, Utopic Zexal, Goddess Sophia, Goddess Tierra, one of the Noble Knights gives this to what he's used to summon, Poly-Chemicritter Dioxogre, and Mayosenju Daibak

Beelze and JD are both evil mosnters and I hate them >:/ ....But I'll concede that they're also cool, dragons.

Lester/Hyporia better get a cameo. He was the one who used a hoverboard first.

Also, that plot sounds exactly the same as the plot of the first Vanguard series. Like, literally the same except one protagonist is in Middle School and the other is in High School.

duelingnexus.com/In-browser automated duelling. Works on my mobile. Easy spectator/lobby interface. Main problem is the very restrictive time limit. It's a fixed 240 seconds per turn and it doesn't go up each time you make an action like YGOPro does, so long combo decks don't work out so well. But it's something.

Has anybody got a chance to test this site out and figure out if us mobiles can finally duel with the laptopers? Internet has been down at the house getting new internet tommrow
