I've only faced one Cyber Herald deck, and I had a brick Noble Knights hand, so I probably would've lost regardless of what deck it was.

I've always been interested in Spirit monsters, but I think I'll pass and stick with just Yamata Dragon and Gishki Emilia.
Manga!Synchrodragon is basically Nekroz of Clausolas as a Pendulum and a better beatstick. Great for the eventual Appleshipping deck I want to try.

Frightfur Kraken is legitimately good. Very happy about that. Fluffal Octo not so much though...and its still buggy on Pro anyways.

So I watched the Yuri vs. Asuka episode unsubbed. Yuri is amazing. He plays ancient gears for the first time without knowing the cards, so has to stop to read the card effects which is hilarious but he's somehow still menacing. He also seems to be exactly as messed up you'd think he is, to the point of scaring the the Professor at the end of this duel. He's not indoctrinated like Edo or mind controlled like the girls. He's just a full-on psychopath who gets his smiles by carding people. Poor Sora...he's next. Oh also, if it wasn't for Ancient Gears having Armades-like effects, and him having Superpoly, Asuka would've had him. The new cyber angel is a great wall, even in print form: ygorganization.com/alternatecolorwhen/ It can negate any attacks against Ritual monsters as many times per turn as you like. |

It ocurred to me that I don't have a major Wind attribute deck.
Light - Cyber Angel
Dark - Ghostrick/Frightfur
Earth - Madolche/Fluffal
Fire - Metalfoes
Water - Paleozoic
I'm not too into Synchro so I don't think I'll revisit Speedroids. Hm, what else is there...

After playing around with Metalfoes-Gustos, this is no longer the case. Also, Daigusto Spheeze combo'd with the Gulldo -> Egul -> Winda destruction loop can lead to some deliciously jank OTK scenarios. |
