Raigeki isn't banned from the 5D's era section. Welp, I guess that means that the Arc-V Jack Atlas cards are gonna dominate.

The current Monarch/Kozmo meta aren't banned from anything except the OG era so...something tells me they're going to be updating these lists or just blanket banning most of them. Also, I think Beelze(us) will dominate 5Ds era, only stoppable by Trishula spam. No Castel or ARK for toolbox removal.
Also, Fluffals banned from GX era but Lunalights aren't. And lol at Rituals being banned everywhere except "modern".

How can I find a list of shops that are going to run the tournament, and the dates?

So my only chances are Carrolton, Kennesaw, and Marietta. Hopefully one of them will run it.

From the way it's worded, it sounds like they might intend for all the generations to compete against each other... so it might not be exactly what you're looking for. You'll still have to duel Kozmo/Monarch/Burning Abyss, but on the plus side, you get three Rescue Cats. But since it's a side event there might be less meta. I don't know how organized play works too well.

I don't think many hardcore meta duelists will be showing up at Hobbytown U.S.A.

Can't that also summon Trishula, Star Eater, and other Synchros which normally require three or more components?

To my knowledge: Yep. Although Star Eater doesn't need 3 materials. I think it's an upgrade/sequel to this: yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/King's_Consonance and that one can summon thins like Naturia Beast without needing earth materials for instance.

I didn't see much GX but I remember Bastion's Chemical deck and thinking that was awesome. So these new "Chemical Beasts" really appeal to my nerd side. Thy even use those benzene-like rings as a background aesthetic.
Plus GEMINI!
Also, I like how the "rival pack" contains an abyss actor. Yeah, Sawatari definitely rivals Yuya...
Also also "Hey guys, Blue Eyes is the dominant meta deck...let's unban super rejuvenation!" Although to be fair, it helps Red-Eyes more I think since they do more dragon dumping...
