I only play online (since money don't grow on trees), so TCG/OCG exclusivity means nothing to me.
Unless it involves banlists since folks around here play TCG banlist (and 3 Skill Drain in OCG is cancer for me).

Thank crap for generic fusion dimension soldiers not using Ancient Gears for once. They're still dog lovers, but it's an improvement. I think it's funny how all generic Fusion dudes think the same way, duel the same way, and all suck horribly. How they managed to conquer anything is beyond me. "I have a 6000 ATK monster with absolutely no protection or back-up plans whatsoever! I'm invincible!!!" *Five seconds later* "Crap! I forgot traps, spells, and monster effects exist!" They're all so bad it's laughable. |

Leo Akaba is Vader which means Reiji is Luke, and therefore Yuya is Han and Yuzu is Leia. Gongenzaka is Chewie. Sawatari is Lando. Reira is R2D2.

I mean, Synchro security all had Goyo decks, but at least there they synergize well with each other (for Goyo Chaser's effect, for example) and you can believably assume they're government provided (since no one that's not a cop uses them).
Academia? Barrett (a squad leader) uses Beastborgs which doesn't synergize with A.G. (or vice-versa), and even then Obelisk Force has synergized their decks in a battle royale maybe once out of a good number of duels, with most of them just doing their own thing. Not to mention that there are characters with no real business using A.G. over anything else (Dennis and Roget) and I don't think it's a thing Academia would enforce since Barret, Serena, and Yuri use different stuff (although Serena was meant to stay put and Yuri mostly seems to work by himself).
