Warrior Guilds? A special subclass of a mage's guild, or like a guild for non-magical warriors akin to the ones Natsu fought in the mansion Lucy got Virgo at? Yup. Just like the brothers Natsu and Gray fought. Some Warriors use Holder Magic, I.E Artifacts, and others just have martial abilities.

Everything you need to know to join is in this topic. Geography, monetary systems, important people, magic, the Guild system, etc. If you really don't want to use the search bar, or you just can't find it, I'll dig through the topic and repost stuff. For canon stuff, check here: www.fairytail.wikia.com Damn, I was really hoping I had missed a nice succinct summary or something like Crow posted in TEWiaD for X the other day

Crow wasn't that a plot-thus-far summary and not a summary of stuff like who the important people really are and what the countries are like?

Fen-Fen, if you could be nice, that'd be great. I've less time to manage nowadays and better at focusing. Your wariness might have been justified and might still be given what you know, but not anymore. Feel free to avoid my character until proven otherwise if it makes you feel more comfortable. Will do.

Proper summary for X. Eden (GX) got stomped by a behemoth. Orion (Neo) saved her and joined her guild, Silvie Chimerie. SC took on Grigori (AKA Griggles (Glurk)) and his crew over some scepter with some name, which got away. Some dark guild run by Digi ordered his mook-guilds to kill Eden to piss off Orion, which went horribly for the mooks they sent. Griggles reveals he and Eden used to be buddies and that he's actually a secret agent working inside dark guilds because **** dark guilds. Also other stuff that you really should read because important backstory. Rosebud (SC's town) got smashed up by the dark guild, by the way. Gareth (Emmpy) and Griggles join SC. That's about it for the SC timeline. A month ago Hecate (Fenpai) joined Acorn Wing. Hey, wait, why is Fenpai your senpai? You're older than- nevermind. Anyway. The Vallast Trading Company hired AW to escort a shipment to the Ruins of Rosebud (which is actually already pretty well repaired after 3 days or something). Anyway, that went well, and Hecate didn't get molested by tentacles. And now that the job's done and AW has some time before their ship home leaves, they're hanging with SC. Hecate's fighting Valia (SC NPC) for the fun of it, and Leone (CDM)'s TRYING to have a pleasant stroll with Eden and Griggles but things are super-awkward because Eden's now a thing with Orion and Orion and Griggles hate each other and Eden and Griggles are kinda in a big question-mark area. Reposting this here for my convenience, will possibly delete later.

Here's an overview of the geography of the Empire of Aselia. Aselia dominates the main continent of Earthland, the continent that the Southern Peninsula is attached to. It is the strongest Superpower in the world.
Fiore, Pergrande, and the other nations around them are located on the Southern peninsula. The North and South regions of the Mainland are separated by a giant mountain range known as the Serpent's Spine. The capitol of Aselia, Victoria, is located just north of the central half of the mountains, near a very large lake called Lake Serene.
The High Council's HQ is located in a large castle on a cliff on the Northern Coast, overlooking the Windy Sea, directly north of the capitol. Most of northern Aselia is thick forest, rocky cliffs, and wide open plains. There is a sizeable desert south of the Serpent's Spine, but other than that, most of southern Aselia is hills and grasslands. The northwestern peninsula is dominated by a large, nameless swamp, that most people tend to avoid. There are actual roads leading to and from most cities, and a very long railroad called the Imperial Highway, that goes from Southern Aselia to Northern Aselia, crossing over the mountains. The railroad begins in the City of Ambrosia, a very large city several miles Northeast of the port town, Rosebud Hills.
The capitol Victoria has fairly futuristic technology, with a lot of magic powered devices, and has a large population. The city largely resembles Grand Chokmah from Tales of the Abyss, or the Imperial Capitol from Brave Story. The city is right on the northern edge of Lake Serene, and as a result, numerous canals stretch throughout the city, making travel by small boats and canoes commonplace in the city. The architecture is mostly made of glass, white stone, and steel, and because of this, the city often seems to sparkle. Magic Powered cars and hovercrafts(small three person vehicles powered by Air Magic) are also common in the city.

The Empire of Aselia: The dominant nation on the Mainland, and the largest and most powerful country in all of Earthland. It is ruled by the Royal Family, led by Emperor Severen Vigarde, and the Imperial Senate, which is made up of nine Senators elected by the people. The capitol is Victoria, and is called the City of Water. While the High Council operate out of their own HQ, they do have a large office in the Imperial Capitol, and there are a few Magic and Warrior Guilds located in the capitol. The Imperial Army is a different entity than the Empire's special police force, which is an organization known as the Silver Hand, for the emblem on their helmets. The Silver Hand is made up entirely of Mages, and there is a fierce rivalry between them and the Imperial Army.
-------
So, S-Class. The title of S-Class Wizard is a title granted only to the most powerful Mages. Once you're S-Class, you can take S-Class jobs and quests, 10 Year Quests, 50 Year Quests, and 100 Year Quests. You also get special treatment and recognition and become eligible to participate in the S-Class Games, a tournament in Pergrandia that is even larger and more intense than Fiore's Grand Magic Games. Basically, S-Class Wizards are the baddest mothertruckers around.
The process of becoming S-Class varies upon where you live and what Guild you're in. In Pergrandia, Mages have to compete in the annual S-Class exams, where thousands of people enter and only a few emerge victorious. The Exams consist of various tests and trials, but the final trial is always to defeat a S-Class Wizard. The Exams may be undertaken alone or in pairs, and the S-Class Games are always fought in teams of 2. Only the last team standing wins the Games.
In Fiore and Aselia(And everywhere else), the process is much simpler. Each Guild has their own unique test that members must pass before they can be promoted. This test is solely up to the discretion of the Guild Master. Once a member passes, their name is passed up to the Council of their region, and they are officially considered a S-Class Wizard.
For Warrior Guilds, the highest rank is Champion, and becoming a Champion means winning a special tournament. Thief Guilds have their own version of the Grand Magic Games/S-Class Games, but do not have a special 'rank' like S-Class or Champion.

Timeline
X663- X673
The RP begins in the year X663, 23 years before Fairy Tail is founded, and ends in the year X673 with the defeat of Khaos and birth of Mavis Vermilion. There will be a few scenes in the Epilogue that take place in later years, but officially, the RP's timeline ends in X673.
Monetary Units
Pergrande Kingdom: Crowns Fiore: Jewels Aselia: Sovereigns
For comparison purposes, 100 Jewels is approximately $1 USD. The Crown and Sovereign have the same value, and both are approximately equal to one US dollar. For the purposes of the RP, more is better, essentially.
Both Sovereigns and Crowns are accepted in the Empire and in Pergrande. When traveling to Fiore, however, you have to exchange your currency for Jewels at a local bank. For a small fee, of course.

At the end of Topic 1, there will be a 6 month timeskip. Once Topic 1 gets closer to ending, I will post more info, including more of the royal family, and the Aselian version of the S-Class Games. The main antagonists of the RP is the Nebilim Organization, which is essentially the original Baram Alliance. The big bad guys right now is the Dark Guild Hypnos. Currently, the only settings for the RP is Aselia, Pergrande, Fiore, Edolas, and a couple new spoiler areas that've created.
The Four Keys of Solomon are the four most powerful Wizards in all of Aselia. The High Council oversees all Guilds in Aselia. The High Council's "police force" is the Seraph Knights. They're basically the original Rune Knights. The Seraph Knights are feared by all, as they are all the equivalent of S-Class Wizards, and use powerful Light and Teleportation magic. The Silver Hand is the civilian police force of Aselia, and they answer directly to the Royal Family and the Senate. The Imperial Army is headed by three main Generals.
Current important people include: Zalia Grave, the Guildmaster of Silver Chimera, and the only daughter of the famous Wizard Algernon Grave. Auron Crucio, the Guildmaster of Sylph Wing, one of the largest and strongest Guilds in Aselia, and one of the three main Generals of the Imperial Army, as well as one of the Four Keys of Solomon. Prince Garon, third prince of Aselia, and third in line to the throne. Lord Garland, the First Horseman, the leader of Pergrande's magical government.
I think that's everything for now. If not, someone let me know.
