The Official Discussion Topic for Fairy Tail: Origins

Are the classes known as such in-universe? Like would Orion be referred to by some NPC as a "Seraphic Assailant"? If so, would they (not necessarily the PCs but, say, nameless NPCs that belong to that class) have "uniforms" that may or may not be what the artwork the quiz gives at the results screen?

The classes just give you a place to start for character creation, which is why it's important to find one you like.

There is a list of all the races on the Wiki, yes. Also, CDM, if you're really bothered by it, why not just spend an hour or so looking through the Wiki? It might help.

I've spent some time poking around, but it's like... a wall of information that's much too much to absorb all at- oh, Exceeds.  Adorable.  So many words and phrases that are pretty meaningless to me but seem important.

I still think Iron Dragon Slayer's kind of boring and not terribly accurate to Star Glider, while Electromagnetism fits much better and allows for more interesting possibilities.

While catching up on the RP, I realized something awesomely awful! I'm currently the only one in Alicorn Wing. Er, assuming Leone's good to go. Which means I'm going to be fleshing out a guild on my own! Maybe with Fen of the Round...?

Some of you not-rookies will help out once I start on that, right?

But, but...! Mmph. I'm just worried about being the one to slow things down or mess things up. And "don't worry about it!" does not actually prompt me to not worry about it.

CDM, of course we'll help. Dragons can use magic too, Lurk. So can those stupid giant monkeys whose name I always forget.

Hmm... GX, would having a very small Guild in Elmsdale cause problems? Since the village contacted Silver Chimera for help against the Abomination. I don't think it would, but neither of us mentioned a Guild during the Elmsdale scenes... Thought that could just be because the Guild Hall is small, neither Eden nor Orion noticed it, and none of the villagers mentioned it.

But Emppy, you're going to have to come up with a reason for Gareth to have been absent during the beginning of the RP, in the timeframe when the Behemoth Abnormality was terrorizing Elmsdale. You could even have him be pissed when he returns to his Guild and learned that the village was attacked by the Guild's namesake animal. Heck, it would even give him a reason to seek Silver Chimera out.
