Apparently one of the Key Quests for Village is a double Khezu hunt ;_;

Well, Narga is a serious freaking pain in the ass. I'm going to need help farming him.

I'd help, but I don't have the game yet...

I'm really tired. I just spent two hours making a map on Inkarnate, and I need to upgrade my various bows (trying to maintain several so that I can see various different upgrade trees for a nice high-damage rapid set-up, since that seems to be the most effective so far, though I know the best bow for late-game is the Teostra bow).

What map were you working on? Also, Narga's hitboxes are terrible in this game. And I swear they made them that bad on purpose. Worse, they severely increased Narga's speed(Especially in Rage mode) and made him as combo-happy as Stygian. Narga is absolute BS in this game.

Also, you can make Teostra stuff in Low Rank, Lurk. Shagaru, Kushala, and Teostra all have LR versions in Generations.

I know, but that's a bit further from where I am at the moment.

I was working on a secret map for a project that I'm doing.

I know, but that's a bit further from where I am at the moment. Not that far. All the Flagships and LR Elder Dragons first become unlocked in HR3. That's only like 6 quests away from where you are. We could do that in a single hunting session.

I'm gonna have to fight the Owl soon for the Village quests. All I have before that is a single Gypceros.

I still have a lot of stuff to do in the villages. I'm just focusing on getting everything I need to make Narga's armor now, so that way I can finish it as soon as I hit HR3 and have an armor with decent water, ice, and dragon resistance right off the bat. That way I can farm Kushala, Shagaru, Gore, and Bubble Dragon as soon as possible. Can't finish Narga's armor until HR3, because it needs Hercudromes.

They added extra sections to the Monster List which detail some strategy tips for monsters, each one with a specific title for the description. The one for Malfestio is Irritable Owl Syndrome

The tooltip just talks about avoiding his status abilities.
Some tooltips are helpful (like making Nibelsnarf eat a bomb), that was not one of them.

I may need some help with Blangongo... Which is weird, because I was dominating him without any trouble before I popped my card out.
First I'm going to try upgrading my armor. Is there any better way to get shiny beetles than the Dunes tour?

I find them in Marshlands easily, but the other good spot is Verdant Hills.
Harvest Tours don't usually spawn rare resource points, so do a gathering mission instead.

Huh. I didn't know you could get them in the Marshlands and Hills. I've just been going on Dune tours.

The 3 Star Royal Rhinos Gone Wild village quest is definitely the best way to farm Shiny Beetles. You can even get them in the rewards. I got 8 beetles in one hunt.

Has anyone else noticed that when you kill the baby Larinoths the mama Larinoth cries out in agony? This game really likes making me feel horrible.

So, I finally finished Narga's armor and upgraded it as far as I could(It now needs Advance Armor Spheres). I also built Narga armor and weapons for both my Palicoes. So now my huntress is a sexy shadow ninja with two ninja cats. 171 base defense with Critical Eye+2, Outdoorsman, and Evade Extender as the skills. I also upgraded my Dark Scythe to level 3, so now it has 140 attack, lots more green sharpness, and now +10% Affinity with Critical Eye+2. Oh, and I changed my title from Miss Magnificent to Shadow Dragon Slayer. With the FT background. So now my huntress is a Shadow Dragon Slayer, which fits the armor and scythe nicely.
