Men, and lady, I have devised a full plan of action!
Monday is my biology class's birding trip, and Mrs. Doe (I will refer to the subject as much) is in the group that will be attending the trip. Within this period of time, I am able to increase my proximity to the subject without drawing much suspicion. After implanting myself within the subjects familiar thoughts for the day, I will offer to walk Mrs. Doe home after her hours of soccer practice (I will ask her before the practice, then perform the applied actions after practice). If my offer is accepted, near the end of the journey to her house, I will tell that I could continue walking her home if she would so desire while subtly hinting that it's a question.
Do you understand the operation that I am so dangerously undertaking?

Well my experiment proved successful and now I know that drum heavy songs further increase the chance of a panic attack. And also shopping doesn't help me relax, but a second listen does.
