They'd be living elsewhere. I've been thinking of a plot line that would work for both having Elia escape and having Arcturus and Pearl living away from the palace, albeit temporarily. However, something will happen to allow them to stay away indefinitely while giving Elia a break.
Also, what do you think?

Okay, Hestus, having the sorta child crush on Elia that he does, along with the fact that Titus is slowly deteriorating, give's Elia a window of opportunity to escape. She takes this opportunity, and Titus sends Arcturus after her, since she trusts him the most. Arcturus really does try to go after Elia and bring her back, but he isn't super serious about it. Then something happens that would be super spoilery that causes Arcturus and Pearl to live outside the palace forever, and also loosens the chase after Elia. She would still have a bounty though.

I just noticed something. My laptop, which is what I use for Netflix, is a HP Envy...
By the way, I've always thought Envy is a crossdressing male, but after the dub used the word 'herself' to refer to Envy, I'm very confused. Is this a translation issue in the dub, or what? I'm already really annoyed by the spelling inconsistensies in the subtitles, which I have to use because of issues with the volume, so it wouldn't shock me if it's just a translation error.

Envy is a male, and they even say so in the end of FMA. Actually, when I first watched it, I though Envy was female, but he's definitely a dude in FMA:B, and they use a male term to describe him at the end of both series.
Anyways, I'm now watching the Sacred Star of Milos, and I have to say that the art style is really weird to get used to. It's much closer to the manga.

Type Islands has gone really weird. Due to a lack of proper establishment of the current limits of technology and stuff, it's gone off the deep end. It's not like rare human relics are found, but Pokemon have developed cloning and airships and teleport pads and all sorts of stuff. Loko, meanwhile, is just toiling away at a cave, digging for who knows what.

It's that several people were using extremely advanced technology that greatly outpaces everyone else. Plus, there were tons of newbies that didn't understand how to maintain a believable universe. It just fell apart.
