Location; Toad Town Fountain

"Wow it sure is peaceful around here," Anna commented.

"Yeah I forget how peaceful this place , can be so calm so relaxing so....," Sophie was in the middle of saying.

"So much excitement, look Sophie," Ann said as she pointed towards a large group forming around the fountain.

Sophie and Ann seeing the large group approaches it to see what the commotion is about. "Excuse me but what seems to be the problem," Sophie asked.

"Well you see this girl was being harassed by these local thugs," an onlooker said. "They wanted her to give them every single coin she had," another onlooker said. "Yet she wouldn't, and things were about to turn ugly until a young man stepped in," another bystander added. "He was carrying a weird stick thing kinda of what you have miss," A third bystander said while pointing to Ann's staff. "Look there he is right over there," a young toad added. When Ann and Sophie, looked in the direction the young Toad said they saw a young man carrying a heal staff. The young man had short black hair, tan skin, with blue eyes, he was wearing what looked like traditional priest clothing, and he was slightly above average height.

"Well well, look at this boy over 'ere thinking he's some knight in shining armor," Bill the boss of the Koopa Krew said.

"Tsk, Tsk, Tsk look at this deplorable scene a bunch of low life thugs against a beautiful young lady oh how the goddess must weep at such an ugly sight," the young man said.

"Sir its fine, please just save yourself," the young lady said.

"Now what type of priest would I be if I were to leave such a beautiful flower like yourself," the young man said to the lady. "Before I begin may you give me the honor of your name?" he asked

"My name it's Kate but what if you get hurt,injured, or even worse?" Kate said while tears started flowing her cheeks.

"There, there everything is going to fine, now how could I be a,humble servant of the Goddess if I cause such a pretty little thing like you great pain," the young man said wiping away Kate's tears.

"Oh oh okay, can I have a name at least?" Kate asked.

"A name befitting a gentleman like myself, you may have the pleasure of calling me Javier," Javier said while bowing towards Kate.

"Hey ey we chop liver over here," Bill said. "Have at him boys show Prince charming what happens when you mess with the Koopa Krew," Bill said as he order his minions to attack Javier.

"Ann we have to help," Sophie said as she was getting her bow ready. As Sopihe was about to take off a young lady tapped her on the shoulder. The young lady had skin like May but not as tan, she had shoulder length black hair, green eyes, she was wearing a leather tunic which hugged her figure snuggly. The young lady was wearing a leather skirt, she had a pair of leather boots and she had an iron lance strapped across her back. "I appreciate your concern, but it's fine he has this situation under control," the young lady said.

"But how do you know?" Ann asked.

"Because I am his sister Joanna, and well this isn't the first time his ways landed him in this type of situation," Joanna sighed.

"But that's only a heal staff, what can he do with that," Sophie asked.

"Just watch Joanna said.

Right on cue as the Koopa Krew went in for the attack, Javier leapt right into action. Javier began to twirl his staff at a rapid pace which started to generate a weird energy. Javier effortlessly dodged the first blow and swung his staff on top of the first goons head. The minion fell unconscious and it looked like he had a burn mark on his head. Javier then began to twirl his staff vertically and it looked like the energy being generated was different. The second minion tried to attack but again found nothing but Javier's staff landing right on top of his head this time leaving a little bit of ice on the top of his head.

"Who who are you?" Bill said trying to get away from Javier.

"I am the one that makes women swoon, men envious, and villian cry in fear, I am Javier and you my friend are history," Javier said as he began stalking Bill.

"Get away from me," Bill said but it was much too late. Javier by changing the direction of the way he twirled his staff he created another surge of energy and it seemed like sparks were crackling from the center. Javier in a brief second was in front of Bill and in the next second was behind an unconscious Bill who had sparks dancing across his chest.

Everyone, including Sophie and Ann were staring in awe as Joanna just sighed. After the crowd got over there awe little by little they began to leave the area until it was just Javier, Joanna, Ann, and Sophie.
