We'd need more context too, like where the fight takes place, and why they'd fight and stuff.

Since it was the Verse's first RP, and the first thing that brought constant traffic to the site, I say we should open the arena with a match between Austur characters. Wouldn't that be fun?

But we would have to use Part 2 characters, which would involve spoilers... Otherwise Emppy is right. Vincent would OHKO everyone except Alucard and Tafl. Maybe Rhea. Vincent VS Alucard would be epic though...

Celeste would have an unfair advantage if the fight took place near Realgam since he knows the structure really well. So just an infinite sea of sand, sound good?

Should we let them have a premiere fight first?

Not even the ones who help Elia further her training by that point in time. After all, beginning of part 2 Elia is only marginally more powerful than part 1 post-main training Elia. So we could still have a great fight with the only spoilers being the one of how Vincent and Elia are connected in part 1, as a trainer and his student. It's not like that's a big deal anyway, we all knew Elia needed to learn how to use magick effectively soon anyway. Please?

That'd be the polite thing to do.
But to get things straight, rules are: One pokemon, no items, weapons, tools, or armor, battle ends when one side surrenders or is rendered unable to fight. Is that all?

Do you want it to happen near Gorgath, up in the mountains somewhere?

That way it's not too hard to chase down an opponent, but not to easy either. A fair amount of cover too. Could be near the base of the mountain range, a little bit south of Gorgath. Then neither character knows that specific area particularly well, but they both are familiar with that basic type of terrain. What season and what time of day?

I'll use SoE!Serlen, as he is my major trump card...
