I didn't really think it through too much *shrug*. Whatever happens happens.

Alvis: "Only Bowser is behaving suspiciously? Are you sure?"
Irving: *covered in blood and leaving puddles of it wherever he stands* "Hot damn do I love death, blood, and violence! Do you have any idea how much those monkeys bleed when you tear off an arm? GALLONS! This is the best warzone ever!"
June: "Positive."

Yeah, but he was like that before the Lionheart. Horatio, too.

Good news: I can justify Bowser's tattoo getting hard to get rid of. I mean, he's survived falling into lava. Multiple times. You can't burn/laser off a tattoo he has that easily, right?

Yeah that works.
Also....
Starlow and Kamek: Hey June Bowser is acting funny. I think something is up.
June: yeah the tattoo can change someone's personality. Now stop bugging me.
So how come June hasn't put 2 and 2 together yet.

She was implying she thinks Bowser's infected, when she said he was no longer being an asshole... And laser tattoo removal doesn't really work like that. It doesn't damage the skin at all. It damages the ink, allowing it to degrade and be absorbed by the body.

Magic lasers~
And yes laser tattoo removal does damage the skin, but it's a side effecr and we try to minimize it. It's worse in people with darker skin because their skin pigments absorb more thermal energy.

Irving: "What is it, June?"
June: "This older man needs to see you strip, now."
And that why Irving's first instance of friendly fire happened.

Are they going to ask the cat to strip and be examined too? Because that seems kind of pointless...

Don't you just hate when someone asks a clearly-joke question and they have a point? 'cause there's nothing stopping one from hiding under someone's hair/fur. And people's Pokemon/demons need to be examined.

Guards: Excuse me sir.
Baron: Yes how can I help you
Guards: We need your cat to strip
Sam: But I am a Cat I don't wear cloths.
Guards: Sorry it's protocol.
Sam is dragged away to be shaved of all his fur.
Wait does that mean Grace has to be shaved of all her ludicrous fur. Not the Glays. Anything but the Glays.

If someone drew half of the Lionheart on a piece of paper, drew the other half on another piece of paper, and then put those papers together, would the Lionheart be able to manifest through the combined image, or does it have to be drawn on a single surface?

It could manifest if they were brought together. What you could do is the optical illusion sort of thing where you arrange objects such that you can only see it from a specific angle. Like this: goo.gl/images/5mYKiEOr if you had it broken up on seperate sheets of paper and set up a bunch of mirrors to kaleidoscope them together somehow, it wouldn't be able to manifest in the mirrors.
