I'm fine with Anthor, since it makes sense because he's undead.
Manhattan on the other hand is almost entirely synthetic. Also, manaketes and such would have different biology, and some characters may have opposite chirality.

Also, what about characters that need a power source that's unavailable to them in Oz?
