There is no evidence whatsoever to suggest Golete, Golurk, Zen Darmanitan, or Sigilyph had "Cloud memory banks."

Going off the Pokemon alone, the Gatling Ogres of OZ are much more advanced than a Golurk.

The Cloud memory banks really was Nova canon.

Hooray, the Ogres are on par with ancient technology. We have the Porygon family, Castform, Mewtwo, and at least 1 steel type.
