Well, both the Witch and Ethan would be incapacitated and need time to heal and recuperate, so Yuelia would be able to keep occupying the tree for a while. So after a few hours, and a stronger perimeter has been established, Glinda could warp Cia to the tree to heal her.
Cia's not an issue. She's a blank slate. I can still write for her.

Well umm Mario is going to want to revive his card characters after seeing that putting them in the water makes them human again. But that can happen off screen and just implied when everyone returns to the palace.
Baron, Catie, and Aylssa can start training Lana to be a Keyblade Master and be doing that until something big happens
Mario, Sophie, and others will be busy with Bunny.
Bowser ehh he's just hanging around.
Fawful and Jeckle were talking about the Star Rod at Villain Con. With the Furymon looking unamoozed by Fawful giving an item capable of granting almost any wish without fail. To Jeckle who they can't tell exactly what or who he is just that someone like him shouldn't have it.

But umm wouldnt everyone see Vinny put the Elia card in the water and boom Elia appeared.
Or couldn't they just out of curiosity put a card in the spring and be surprised that the cards turned into people

I'm seriously getting tired of Proboards forcibly logging me out every single time I close the tab.
The spring does not "activate" the cards or summon the characters on them. The characters have to be summoned by the Card Holder. The spring revives characters who have been "killed" or "carded". It will not work on anyone else besides Cia and Elia, currently.

Cool. I'll just have the cards summoned when they're needed most. Mystic thinks they'd make cool tarot cards though. Despite the fact there's only...three.

Immediately once the Witch has passed, Ozma and what's left of her forces will reappear inside the tree amongst the Outlanders and Eulian forces. The Lionheart will attack then and brand a variety of Outlanders as well as Ozma.
It's possible that some won't go back to the castle after that, or there would be provisions in place, new hostilities, etc.
I have no clue what happens after that. I wanted it to play out however it will. If all this is getting timeskipped then we should figure that out, or else I scrap what I've wanted to do since I made Ozma...

Anyways Catie will not turn into wolf in order not to frighten Gale. Besides just imagine all the tickles that could be spread throughout.
