Should I be expecting edits before I post? Because it seems like June thought Irving's insult was directed toward her when it was toward the one who's vocally disrespecting and insulting him despite his legitimate grievances.

Irving's already saved her once. And he's so amazing to be able to use that... firearm thing so amazingly!
No, June thinks June's the weakest link. After all, she can't change into a bird-wolf-dragon. Can barely use the weakest healing staves. Barely competent at range combat, and only with a bow. She just hits things with a big axe. Oh, and she has knives. But you don't bring a knife to a gun-magic-dragon-abomination fight. Unless you're Talia. Or Corva.

I mean June does have magical, legendary Ax so its not like she's just swinging around some Ax.
I actually thought June was actually one of the more top teir characters.
Oh and I was going to have Sophie mention hey you guys need any last minute supplies Ann can very easily get you some stuff using her connections before we leave.

No need for Ann to do that - Emmpy's going to do a thing with supplies and stuff later, we're trying to roll through to the tree quick-like. And that's June's thinking. She's good enough at swinging that axe to still keep up. And her defense and resistance are nothing to sneeze at, either. And of course she's not going to let the others (as a group) know she's not confident, the commander needs to seem calm and collected. HBIC, y'know.
