There wouldn't be any of Jerus's experiments around, since the unnamed man was the only one freely roaming at the time (like I said, he keeps tabs on them or kills them) and the bomb was guaranteed to kill him if it blew since it was inside him. Would be likely for other experiments to be around though, since the black market is the only place it could happen.

And I can't post because Jerus is chilling the f*** out and realistically Kyrie should wait a while of RP time to finish assessing her place (which makes HHD's time-thing troublesome until he finishes), unless something else comes up. Sigh.

And in my headcanon, that's where you have all your first dates. Testing out the new maiden, you want her somewhere secluded and imposing, but don't know if you want to keep her yet, or if you want to ransom her, in which case you don't want to bring her to your lair so she can know where it is. It must be nice as a dragon.
