I say Hoennish, because the other option sounds like something Cheese would forever be "giggity"-ing at. Hoennjin sounds so great, though. Perfect for that locomotive Emmpy's always on about. I still feel really bad about snapping at X, especially since things worked out better. I don't have anything to post for anyone, in case someone's waiting on me. |

I'm just trying to figure out how I'm going to have Micah infiltrate the Nova base, and what I want the other guys and gal to do while he's doing that. I think everyone else besides Corva- and maybe Dragon- would just slow Micah down and get them both caught if they snuck into the base with him. So do I have them create a diversion within a diversion by attacking the base? Knowing that's a terrible idea and would probably get them all killed? Hmm.

Now, I decided all their Pokemon by RNG, didn't even evolve or devolve any - but they got very, very lucky, for the most part. A demolition expert can do a lot with Bulldoze. Especially with a Magmortar to follow up. If the distraction within a distraction were to, say, attack any reinforcements going after the Safari Zone. Would Nova respond by locking down, or flooding out to get the ambushers...? |

I just realized that thanks to Baby Ho-oh ybaB we actually have a rebirth in Episode 13: Rebirth. You could say there are several figurative/metaphorical rebirths in Episode 13. But, a baby Ho-oh sounds more adorable. |

For the most part, you could write in Nova's level of incompetence. There's so many pokemon that can do absolutely anything it's hard to say definitively what they would have and what they wouldn't. And Nova tends not to standardize anything in any bases...because all the bases are written by different people at different times...
Since Lilycove was recently retaken (within a month) it probably wouldn't have a very sophisticated security system re-established yet, on top of their computer issues. I'm going to say there'd mostly be StarBurst pokemon on patrol (power level and ability varying as you need them to). And maybe some more hi-tech stuff around crucial areas. Infrared and sonar and things like that do exist of course, but that's less fun than having a Luxray that can see through walls, or an Audino that can hear footsteps.
Joshua has to smuggle eggs somehow, so they can't all be perfect. Whenever I write the security for a base I tend to just invent cool tricks that let me invent even cooler tricks to beat them.
