I don't have Micah's last name, age, or appearance yet, because I need to get that stuff from Meridia, but I may as well post his character sheet now and use placeholders.
Name: Micah Crystiana

Alignment: Galactic/Yveltal
Appearance: Short, messy dark brown hair and very dark brown, almost black eyes. A little below average height, and not very tall, around 5'7. Athletic and muscular, but more lithe than bulky. Has a particularly large and jagged scar across the right side of his back and shoulder. Typically wears his black battlesuit, which is fitted with a functional prototype Camouflage Unit. Rarely takes off his helmet, unless ordered to. Carries a Sniper rifle with two interchangeable scopes- A Keen Eye scope and a Sniper scope- and two energy pistols for close combat. When not wearing his suit, he typically wears old blue jeans, a white T-shirt, and a brown leather jacket that looks worn and faded.
Bio: A former Nova soldier, and the younger brother of Meridia. Formerly the friend and bodyguard of Osric, the son of Nova Admin Duncan, Micah narrowly escaped capture by the Rebels with the help of his longtime friend and partner, the Eon Pokemon Latias. He spent some time in the mountains of Sinnoh, recovering from psychological trauma. His repressed memories returned to him during that time, brought on by his earlier encounter with his sister, and once he was well enough, he set out to join Team Galactic, with vengeance against Nova his only motivation. He couldn't bear to return to face his sister. Cold and aloof, and seemingly unfeeling, he has a troubled past that he doesn't like to talk about and he rarely speaks to anyone outside of a mission. He specializes in stealth, infiltration, and picking off targets from afar.

He has low level psychic powers, like his sister, which he mainly uses to create mirrors out of the air which help him spot his targets better, spy on people, and check his surroundings. He can communicate with Latias telepathically, but not with anyone else except maybe his sister. He has low level telekinesis, which he mainly uses to cause distractions from a distance, like tossing a rock to distract a sentry, but at close range, and if concentrating, he can lift an average built person a few inches off the ground for a minute or so at most. He can sense ghosts and ghost type Pokemon near him, and if concentrating- or with Latias's help- he can sense nearby presences. Like within 10 meters at maximum.
I've already spoken with HHD, and he thinks the power level is fine. But if you really think something needs to be changed, I'll listen. Fair enough?
