So...my plan is to do filler with Joanna, Celena, Eusine, and maybe Galactic until further notice. Celeste and the reality breakers (good name for a rock band?)are going on full hiatus until Sevii is over and my Nova guys will wait until Digi wants to start his arc.

I guess Riley would be the highest authority available to the Nimbasa crew... Although that wouldn't necessarily mean that he can do with them as he pleases, since his status is still below commander. It'd be a bit like being the supervisor of a workplace. No real authority, but people are made to think you have it because that makes keeping them in line easier.
